Refund & Return Policy

Returns

To be eligible, the item must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- In the original packaging with all tags, accessories, and manuals (if applicable).
Some items are not returnable. This depends on the product type, and will be clearly mentioned on the respective product page.
Items purchased during clearance, special offers, or marked as Final Sale cannot be returned.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
If the item is not eligible for a refund (due to condition or non-returnable status), we will notify you and arrange to send it back to you.

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at krishabazar7@gmail.com with your order number and product details.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
After the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted.
